So today my brother and his girlfriend dropped by with their new dog, who's pretty much only the best thing ever. She's one of those dogs who're fun without being hyper. She also doesn't bark, or whine, and is really friendly. Anyway, I took some pictures.

I don't understand this "have pride in _______." Why should I have pride in the fact that I'm American, or that I'm female, or that I'm caucasian? These are things I couldn't help.
